Our job as architects and interior designers is not to build things but rather to represent how we want things to be built. We are interpreters and visual communicators with both clients and contractors. By using tools like 3D modelling software we are able to ensure the vision you have in your mind gets translated properly from your words and inspiration images to paper.

Incorporating 3D modelling into your design process can benefit your project in the following ways.

It provides clarity.

No matter what stage of design your project is in, a 3D model will alway give you a better understanding of the design from every angle. From initial design decisions like overall building form to specific design features, a 3D model will bring clarity at every step of the design process and give you confidence in selecting between different options.

It can Evolve through the design process.

Throughout the various stages of design, your project will evolve. Spaces and layouts will change to better suit your needs and as this happens the 3D model can evolve with it. A 3D model will reflect how the changes you make in plan have a direct impact on the form of the overall building.

It is realistic.

The 3D model will reflect what is to be built. You can have confidence knowing that the cladding, finishings and furnishings options you select will fit the space as intended. By pursuing a photo real rendering everything from material textures to sun angles will be represented as they would appear in real life. Landscaping and vegetation is also placed around the site as it exists. This all helps to paint you a better picture of what your design will look like once construction is complete.

We are aware that not everyone’s specialty is in reading architectural drawings. By offering this service we are attempting to give you confidence that the biggest investment of your life will turn out just as you envision.
